Spirituality and Religion

Religion, spirituality, and faith are not all the same. Religion to me is more organized and structured. Spirituality one can have without belonging to a certain religion. Someone can be spiritual but not go to church. Faith I consider to be just a set of someone’s beliefs and morals. I think of it as in between religion and spirituality. I relate the most to faith I guess. I’m not very spiritual nor do I go to church, but I do have a set of beliefs and morals that I like to follow.
The culture of USC and the South reflect religion, spirituality, and faith. USC is definitely more religious than what I’m used to being around coming from a public school where you couldn’t discuss God or anything religious. People here seem very into their religion, spirituality, and faith and take pride in it. It is most definitely a change.
